Prestige all started as Ejar in 1994, my vision was inspired while working in Saudi Arabia. I realised there was a need for GCC clients to have trusted access to the Egyptian real estate market; a company they could purchase dream holiday homes and great investments without the anxiety of fearing their investment may be lost. I was lucky enough to receive exclusivity with some of the very first developers providing compounds in Egypt and after having much success doing so I expanded my teams further. Our latest venture holds a particular soft spot in my heart as Prestige is returning to the place it all began for me… Cairo, Egypt.

I am thrilled to be welcomed into Prestige as COO and co founder of our new territory expansion scheme. The history behind Ejar and how it became to be prestige today is nothing short of inspirational.

Our aim is to provide a high quality consultancy, which guides our clients through a complex and at times higher risk industry. Egypt currently has 34 new cities being built, the rate of the countries expansion can create some natural fear and reservations in anyone looking to purchase a new home. We conduct due diligence on each of the developers we work with, creating internal risk rating report system so you can see exactly what risk your taking, for what kind of returns and which developments are the safest and secure your funds. We also keep on top of new Developments in the country and how this can increase the value of certain areas over the next 2, 4 or 8 years.

We don’t aim to be the biggest real estate investment consultancy in the middle east. We do aim to be the best at what we do and to become your go to advisers throughout the different stages of life.
